Help us raise funds to support our mission! We need your support to help our program grow. We provide housing and support while residents save money, achieve gainful employment, and find housing. Our aftercare program offers continued support after leaving Clare House, including job counseling and service coordination. And now, we have implemented a more customized, phased approach to serve our clients better. This program is called Clare House Steps to Success. Step One – Establish Foundation o Secure Reliable Childcare o Secure Employment o Outline Financial Goals Step Two – Establish Community o Apply for Affordable Housing (if applicable) o Connect with Community Partners o Take Over Budgeting Step Three – Transition to Housing o Sign Lease o Complete Exit Paperwork Step Four – Aftercare o Begin Aftercare Your support in purchasing raffle tickets helps us provide these services for the families within our walls and in our aftercare program.
